About Me

Jake Jasewicz is a Cyber Security Researcher with over 8 years of experience in the cyber security industry focused on network defense, incident response, and computer forensics.

Jake holds multiple industry certifications including:

• Undergrad in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Norwich University

• ISC2 CISSP

• CompTIA Security+

• EC Council CEH

• OSWP

• SANS GIAC GCIA, GREM, GCTI, GSEC, GCFA, GCFE, GPEN, GRID, GCPM, and GMON certifications

• Master’s Degree in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University

Jake is a passionate information security professional who is interested in collaborating with the community and sharing information with others interested in starting their career in cyber security.

In his spare time outside of the security world, Jake enjoys weightlifting, training BJJ, hiking, fishing, and exploring new restaurants in Northern Virginia.
